I have known Nandini from childhood as we went to school together. She was as a child a sports enthusiast, eagerly participating in all sports events such as track and field, high jump, long jump, so on. As she grew up, she joined the NCC and was actively involved as a cadet. Whatever she did, she put her heart and soul in it. I see the same passion in her now as an instructor.
Ive participated in several workout classes both in 🇮🇳 India and in the US. My goal is to keep myself fit and my body flexible. Weight loss is definitely a major requirement to motivate me to wake up early in the morning.
I want to ensure that my physical activity is consistent with my goal of weight reduction and flexibility. The group workout session in the USA that I’ve participated in, were focused on one particular type of exercise viz., aerobics, Pilates, kick boxing, yoga, body sculpting, etc. However in the session I’m in now with Nandu, it’s a combo session with a mix of Pilates, yoga, planks, and cardio. This enables me to have a full body workout which is what I want.
Starting every morning at 6 am, the session with friends and the positive vibrations I get gives me a good start for the day!
